Snap Dynasty Herb Company

Project type

Web Design

Date

November 2023

Snap Dynasty made great products. What they didn't have was a brand or a business that matched them. Their visual identity was inconsistent across channels, their website had outgrown the DIY setup it started on, and underneath all of it were operational problems that no amount of good design was going to fix on their own: fulfillment processes that let things fall through the cracks, invoicing that wasn't keeping up, and distributor relationships with major players like UNFI, Threshold, and KEHE that weren't being managed with the structure those relationships require.
Cole had a vision for where the brand needed to go. What he needed was a team that could help him get there across every dimension of the business, not just the website.

That's where the engagement went well beyond what most agencies do. John's background in logistics and process improvement meant we could sit down with their operations, identify where the cracks were, and build the systems they needed to actually scale. Melle led a complete visual rebrand, including the logo, the product labels, and the Amazon storefront, creating a cohesive identity that finally looked as serious as the product inside the packaging.

"They led us through a complex rebrand," Cole told us afterward. "I'd hire them in an instant to solve hard problems."

If your business has outgrown its current setup and you're not sure whether you need a web agency or an operations consultant, the answer might be that you need both.
