Carol had built her own site, and you could tell. The photos were poor quality, there was no coherent brand identity, the service menu was hard to navigate, and on mobile the whole thing collapsed into an overlapping mess that was essentially unusable. For a salon competing on the strength of its stylists and the quality of its work, the site was actively working against her.
She came to us knowing exactly what she wanted: a site that would bring in new clients through search and discovery, and one that was architected from day one to support online booking and e-commerce when she was ready to add them.
Carol has an ambitious plan for her business and knew that retrofitting these capabilities into her website later means rebuilding large portions of a site that was never designed to support them, so we planned for where her business was going, not just where it was.
